Steffen Bertelsen

Steffen Bertelsen is trained as an engineer and has been practicing mechanical engineering in the building industry focussing on high performance structures. His experience includes designing HVAC systems for commercial and residential buildings, commissioning and envelope consulting. Steffen has been working with Airtight Engineering based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan specializing in designing mechanical systems for high performance buildings along with Passive House consulting, certification, and education. Steffen has translated this experience to some projects on his farm where he has incorporated Passive House principles into greenhouse design and construction.
