Matthew received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from the University of Regina. He is a Professional Engineer (SK, AB, MB, NU/NWT), and is a Certified Passive House Consultant.
He co-owns Airtight Engineering, where he provides energy modeling, mechanical design, and sustainable building consulting. Matthew is passionate about designing and educating about high-performance building envelopes and mechanical systems that are sustainable, resilient, comfortable, and healthy.
He transitioned from a career in the natural gas sector in 2021 after taking the PHC 120P design courses.
