components are qualified to create buildings that meet the Standard.
Passive House Canada would like to congratulate GlassCurtain Inc. for becoming the first Curtain wall for Cold Climate certified by PHI in the world.
Also, during the International Passive House Conference, which took place in China this month, a Canadian product was awarded with a special prize.
The Special Prize Aesthetic and Innovation was awarded to the GRP window Universal Series by Cascadia Windows Ltd., Canada.
The jury praised the aesthetic and innovative qualities of this window concept, combined with very reasonable investment costs and its high energy and cost efficiency, especially compared to a relatively good baseline window.
