How can I renew my subscription?
You can renew your account on the Subscriptions tab of My Account.

What's the difference between My Account and My Profile?
My Account is where you manage your billing information and subscription. My Profile is your public profile for the member directory.

Where can I change my email and password for logging in?
You can update your login email and/or login password in My Member Profile > Settings.

Can I make someone else the Admin on our Corporate Account?
Yes you can! Click on My Account > Subscriptions > Sub Accounts. This page will display the list of all the users within your corporate account. You can make one of these people the Admin by clicking "Make an Admin", or you can add a new person using the "Add Sub Account" button. Please Note: the new user will need to login once in order to set their password and verify their account. Once that's done, then you can make them the Admin.
