The York Region Southeast Operations Centre sets a precedent for applying Passive House principles to essential municipal infrastructure. Combining a large vehicle garage with an administrative office, the project faced challenges uncommon in traditional Passive House applications—balancing diverse occupancy schedules, garage set-point temperatures, and air-tightness across overhead doors.
This event is free for Passive House Canada members.
