Project Description

This skinny house is situated on a corner lot on Macdonald St. An 8ft city easement forces a max building width of 20ft. This present challenges both for livability and passive house. The approach is simple yet effective with 4 bedrooms and a full open plan at main. The rear laneway house is sunk into the ground and clad in black to minimize its prominence.
