Project Description

The Ozalee Passive house is a refurbished family house in Montreal (Quebec) that aim both Passivhaus and LEED Platinum certifications. It is the final result of one year of hard team working. As passivhaus is still borning in Quebec it will help people to understand this way of thinking buildings. Energy is only one of the multiple sides of this project. Many other feature has been and will be included into it, like water harvesting, waste material recycling, local and low VOC material, permacultural design and many more. More over the house will be open over the world via a collaborative garden, a bed and breakfast and different social projects.
