Project Description
Charter Telecom headquarters, a striking mass timber structure made of BC wood, is one of the first commercial offices in North America to achieve Passive House certification. Located in Greater Victoria, this building is a testament to the application of wood materials in high-performance buildings. Through innovative design techniques and materials, the design team overcame site challenges to deliver a striking building that provides a quality working environment while achieving lower overall life cycle costs.
