A mash-up of both Tiny House and Passive House principles, combining to offer a relaxed weekend retreat that preserves and even enhances both the views and habitat of its selected Niagara Escarpment locale.
Finishes are simple, natural and take visual queues from an adjacent century bank-barn, including use of shou sugi ban charred siding, bare concrete and live edge cedar timbers while still hitting near-passive house efficiency goals.
