As the situation with COVID-19 (“coronavirus”) progresses, I would like to share the measures that Passive House Canada is taking to ensure the health, safety and well-being of our customers and our employees. We are committed to providing a safe environment for everyone.
Staff are working remotely and our office is closed. All calls and emails are still being routed to appropriate personnel. All in-person training is postponed. Classes are moving online with the same great content and instructors. (Check out our Pathway to Passive House Certification bundled courses here.) Please, check our website for on-going updates.
During these unprecedented times, Passive House Canada has been forced to change how it delivers courses and makes refunds. If you have paid for an in-person course that has been cancelled, we are offering a credit toward an online course. If you do not want to take an online course, we can offer a credit toward an in-person course if and when they are re-established. We thank you in advance for your understanding as we deal with the significant fallout from COVID-19 on our organization.
Health and safety is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves and will provide ongoing updates as needed. We also encourage you to stay-up-to-date through Canada’s Public Health website.
