This is a vague term. Rights extend to actions. Actions are performed by individuals. Some people like to make things more complicated than they really are, creating unnecessary terms and usually creating imaginary rights to fit into them. They usually describe certain expectations, not rights. For example, as a consumer, when you buy a particular product, you probably have certain expectations about its quality, taste, etc. But expectations are not right. You only have the right to buy it or not. The seller may or may not guarantee satisfaction. Rights are not that hard to understand if you don’t involve lawyers.
