    How do you manage to fall asleep quickly and not suffer the whole night because you can’t fall asleep and relax. Since this problem has been affecting me for a long time, I don’t know what to do anymore.

    Very often before going to bed, in order to prevent any insomnia, I started to drink various teas and I want to say that they calmed me down a little, but did not completely cure my insomnia. Because of all the methods I have tried to fight it, only tea helped me. So here I will be glad to read new, some information about it.

    I think if the problems with insomnia are serious, then it is unlikely that any tea will help. Maybe you should try to thoroughly relax before going to bed and rid yourself of different thoughts, because often people suffer from insomnia because they are overtaken by different thoughts and cannot concentrate on sleep. Personally, when I can’t fall asleep for a long time, I sometimes play relaxing music without any words, and it calms me down very much.

    I don’t know, friends, I don’t know what it has to do with it, but after I moved into a new house, I started having insomnia, too. I didn’t know what it had to do with it. At first I thought it was the house that was the problem and it was cursed, Yeah yeah you can laugh at me. I really believed that. But it turned out that it was all in my mind, because I was just really freaked out by the fact that I didn’t sleep the first few days, and then it was on. Anyway, I think it’s in my head, but it could be a serious problem.

    By the way, I don’t know how you feel about it, but a lot of studies show that it is meditation before bedtime that is a great way to get to sleep faster and get rid of all the intrusive thoughts that you have. It also completely relaxes the body and there are many more benefits from meditation. Yes, it sounds like a placebo, but really when you relax your body, it starts to rest, and rest is very important in our lives.

    There really has been a lot of research done that deals with meditation before bedtime. I’ve read a lot of them and I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s really worth doing meditation before going to bed. Especially at my age, and I am already 64 years old.     I’ve been dealing with insomnia for months now and it has been a constant battle. I’ve tried everything from natural remedies to prescription sleep aids and nothing has been working. It’s really taken a toll on my life and I’m desperate for a solution.
