I think if the problems with insomnia are serious, then it is unlikely that any tea will help. Maybe you should try to thoroughly relax before going to bed and rid yourself of different thoughts, because often people suffer from insomnia because they are overtaken by different thoughts and cannot concentrate on sleep. Personally, when I can’t fall asleep for a long time, I sometimes play relaxing music without any words, and it calms me down very much.
