En comblant les lacunes en matière de connaissances et en réduisant la dépendance à l’égard des examinateurs externes\, cette formation aide les municipalités à accélérer les approbations\, à réduire les coûts et à renforcer la conformité aux normes de performance énergétique des bâtiments en constante évolution au Canada.
